Karen brings deep experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on technology and service-based businesses. Her background includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), revenue recognition, cost control, and scaling financial operations to support growth.

She works directly with executive leadership on capital planning, pricing strategy, and financial performance management, ensuring decisions are grounded in accurate data and sound financial principles.

Richard Duncan serves as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations, service delivery, and execution across FiLink Inc. and its affiliated brands, including EntrustedMail and Secure Titan.

He oversees operational infrastructure, customer onboarding, support delivery, and vendor and partner management, ensuring services are delivered reliably and at scale. Richard plays a central role in standardizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining service quality across a multi-tenant, security-focused platform.

His experience includes managing MSP operations, email security and encryption services, and complex partner ecosystems. He is directly involved in resolving escalations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and implementing systems that support growth without sacrificing performance or customer experience.

Richard works closely with leadership on operational strategy, pricing execution, and service architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational capabilities.

He is known for hands-on execution, process discipline, and the ability to translate operational challenges into structured, scalable solutions.

Richard works closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, develop partner channels, and align product offerings with evolving customer and regulatory demands.

His background includes building and scaling technology-driven businesses, with experience in go-to-market strategy, channel development, and operational execution. He is actively involved in key partnerships, enterprise opportunities, and long-term planning initiatives that shape the company’s trajectory.
